Flip Fit
Flit fit is a great way to get high intensity exercise while also having fun. The trampolines eliminate the high impact of other exercise like running which allows you to enjoy the act of exercise. Twice a week our instructors run a class for adults to improve their fitness levels and to elevate to the next level.
Thursdays 6 – 7pm
Wednesdays 11 – 12pm
